At Asylum Digital, we are here for one reason – “WE LOVE THIS!”
As you can see, each member of our staff is an artist, musician, songwriter or “straight-up audio junkie” by nature. It is our passion for excellence that has attracted all sorts of projects & artists to us since day one. Regardless of budget, each and every project is treated with the same care and priority as if it was our very own.

Stephen Barrett - graphic artist/web design/producer

Stephen “Steve Thuro” Barrett started out as part of the areas hip-hop/drum & bass DJ scene in the late 90’s.
Scott saw Stephen perform at the 2002 DMC Southeast semi-finals. Impressed by his turntabalism and ear for perfection, Scott soon began to share with Stephen the fundamentals of studio recording and production.
